65 of Oak Ridge, formerly of Petros, died, May 30, 1998, He was preceded in death by his wife Bobbie Jean Richardson Daugherty; son Randy James Daugherty; parents Hobert and Lucy Goad Daugherty; and brother Ike Daugherty.   Survivors: daughters, Jean and husband Floyd Bowlin of Wartburg; Lucille and husband Billy Scarbro of Petros; Patty and husband Eddie Bunch of Petros; sons: Edward and wife, Mary Lou Daugherty; Roy and wife Angie Daugherty and Danny ,. all of Petros and Timmy and wife Teresa Daugherty of Oak Ridge; brothers James and Joe Daugherty of Lancing; sisters, Stella Crabtree, Ruby Armes and Mary Nelson, all of Wartburg, Judy Daugherty of Cleveland, Gertrude Daugherty and
